One of the best shops I have taken my Skoolie to. I travel the country in a converted school bus and get annual maintenance done wherever I am at this time at Preferred. Simply awesome. From the front desk and billing which I can't remember their names to the mechanic Daniel I was kept informed of everything. They took the time to make sure everything was taken care of but also made solid recommendations for my safety, protection on the engine and simple upgrades. At no time did they see me as just traveling through and was treated the same way all others were. Hats off to the whole staff it showed me that this company invests in the team members so the customer receives top service. Thank you, I will now plan my trips so Preferred does all my service.

My try when down and this shop took good care of me. Even though it was a Saturday and they were not open for business at the shop. Steven Tate, my mechanic was at all times helpful. Informative, friendly. He never left me wondering what was going on. Didn't hide what he was doing like most shops do. I dont know about any of the others, but if he was located closer my house. He would be my got mechanic from now on.

Pulled into shop and was immediately greeted and processed me in. Within minutes the mechanic was beginning to work on my blown wheel seal on the trailer. Daniel was busy all afternoon fixing my trailer. He finished me up just after sunset. Everybody was very nice and took very good care of me. It was a very good experience and for a reasonable price. I would recommend to others in need.

10-30-2025 the Peterbilt I drive developed a "engine derange shut down code", preferred onsite fleet services came to my rescue, Zeke was the first technician who showed up fixed the problem and also worked on a couple of lights issues, he was able to fix one of the lights problems but the other light was a LED light issue that required replacement of the part, so the next day Steven T. showed up with the the part, quickly replacing it resulting in the elimination of the problem. Both, Zeke and Steven were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, their work vehicles seem to have everything that they might need to solve any problem on any vehicle. I had an issue with my intake on the turbo and called them up out of the blue and they told me they can get to me immediately as soon as I get there, Zeke diagnosed the issue for me to go grab parts in Longview and they took everything apart as I was grabbing parts. I got back after hours and Steve knocked everything out quickly and made sure I was good to go so I can make my appointment in the morning. They are super MVPs for dropping everything and keeping me on the road. Good honest people that do great work. I forgot to mention, all of the women inside were great and all called to different places looking for parts and told me where to get the best price for one of them.
