One of the best shops I have taken my Skoolie to. I travel the country in a converted school bus and get annual maintenance done wherever I am at this time at Preferred. Simply awesome. From the front desk and billing which I can't remember their names to the mechanic Daniel I was kept informed of everything. They took the time to make sure everything was taken care of but also made solid recommendations for my safety, protection on the engine and simple upgrades. 10-30-2025 the Peterbilt I drive developed a "engine derange shut down code", preferred onsite fleet services came to my rescue, Zeke was the first technician who showed up fixed the problem and also worked on a couple of lights issues, he was able to fix one of the lights problems but the other light was a LED light issue that required replacement of the part, so the next day Steven T. showed up with the the part, quickly replacing it resulting in the elimination of the problem. Both, Zeke and Steven were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, their work vehicles seem to have everything that they might need to solve any problem on any vehicle. I had an issue with my intake on the turbo and called them up out of the blue and they told me they can get to me immediately as soon as I get there, Zeke diagnosed the issue for me to go grab parts in Longview and they took everything apart as I was grabbing parts. As soon as I called the office security answered and was very pleasant. 2min from my delivery and I broke down with antifreeze issue. She sent Mr. Steven Tate who immediately diagnosed the problem . He was very kind and very informative on what my issue was and why it was caused. Didn't complain like most mechanics. Was cold out he had to get on the ground underneath and check before climbing under hood. What he said was the problem was fixed and I was on my way. I'm a truck driver for Bunzl. My recent experience with these guys was great. I was going east on 20 at 5 in the morning, so it was pretty dark, when I seen a torn up tire in the middle of the road. There was no way for me to avoid it so the only thing I could do was run over it. While doing so, I noticed about 15 - 30 seconds later my air pressure dropped to 0!! No panic at all, I pulled over to try to see if I knew where the problem was coming from. I couldn't see anything. I performed an airbrake test, and nothing. Pressure still at 0. So I then called roadside assistance for help. They sent Mr. John Green. I did have to wait for almost 2 hours but I'm a very patient guy. I didn't expect speedy Gonzales to come to the rescue. But my man John QUICKLY identified the problem. Apparently I knocked out a plug of some sort that helps with the air pressure. He didn't have the part on him so he had to go get it. But man when he got back, I literally was back on the road in less than 10 mins!!! I appreciate John so much! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

I'm so grateful I did. These guys knew exactly what to do. I was loaded with fertilizers so they could not weld on my trailer but they got it to where I could go and get my trailer unloaded. Note this is on a Friday but pops his fabricator and Nathan Tim's son came in on a Saturday and fix his trailer for me. I wound up at Preferred On-Site Fleet Services after a tire on my RV caught on fire. Turns out it was caused by a faulty brake caliper, and the cost of fixing this issue was way out of my league. I live in the RV full time and rely on it to travel for work, so getting the vehicle back on the road quickly was crucial. Since I did not qualify for financial assistance, they allowed me to pay for the caliper first, work during the weekend to earn more money, and then pay for the service afterward. I stayed at the shop for a full week and the entire staff could not have been more accommodating. I was allowed to fill my water tank, have my cat walk around freely in the waiting room, and they bought me lunch numerous times. By chance, I happened to be at the shop during my birthday. In probably the nicest act a business has ever done for me, they bought me a birthday cake and $100 Walmart gift card to celebrate. There were moments I forgot that I was in the middle of a stressful vehicle repair situation and not staying at a resort. In the end, I drove away with a new brake caliper that won't catch fire at will, as well as a fixed dash air conditioner.a long eluded luxury. Throughout the process, they showcased how knowledgeable they are about their trade, kept me in the loop with every development in an easy to understand way, and tried to do as much as they could for me with the budget I had available. Each member of the staff I met was hard working and kind. I'm so lucky that I found these people and I'll forever be grateful for all they did for me. Thank you eternally. I couldn't recommend this business more.

We were traveling to Red Bay, Alabama from Ft.Hood in our diesel pusher motorhome with a Cummins ISL 9 engine. We noticed that the temperature on our motorhome was creeping up and was not returning to normal operating temperatures. While my husband was still driving I stared calling every place I found on google. Either they didn't work on our engine or they didn't work on motorhome but finally one lady suggested Fleet Services. Even though it was late in the afternoon on a Monday,they committed to look at it right away. We were able to order the replacement part first thing in the morning and had it overnighted. They even put extra workers on our RV to get us back on the road on Wednesday before close of business. While we waited, they allowed us to stay in their parking lot inside our RV and allowed us (and our dog) to sit inside their lounge area and use the WiFi while waiting. Kim Montgomery went out of his way to ensure I would return home for the evening. Came out to me to fix a door problem, but he was unable to fully. He then followed me around to ensure I returned back safely with no further issues. That's going the extra mile. Thank you for your time and efforts. The LTL truck broke down 90 miles from Tyler, Jason arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed the air brakes lines unfixable and immediately called a wrecker, what could have taken all night actually took only 6 hours to get towed back to Tyler, Jason stayed with me until the wrecker arrived then assisted the wrecker driver in booking up the truck and trailer safely. Jason did his due diligence in explaining the breakdown to me and dispatch and advising dispatch that I was not at fault in the breakdown.

He was quick in arrival and went right to work work in replacing the 4 batteries in my semi. Iim by no means a mechanic, after I did all I can do putting a starter and ignition switch on after I had burnt up a starter earlier truck still wouldn't crank. I'm new to Tyler and was looking for an honest mechanic sop I had to try them out. William was prompt he had me me going within a few minutes after showing up. He went straight to the problem. Will definitely keep using them.
